Principal Legal Counsel (Litigation and Investigations)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Manage civil and criminal litigation, with a focus on intellectual property rights, consumer protection, and labor disputes.
• Coordinate with external counsel when required and handle court-related litigation matters.
• Lead internal investigations into fraud, corruption, workplace misconduct, harassment, bullying, and trade secret misappropriation.
• Review and draft complex commercial contracts and provide legal advice for business initiatives.
• Develop and improve investigation protocols and advise senior management on dispute prevention and legal risk mitigation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of litigation experience.
• At least 4 years of experience at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of court and prosecutor’s office procedures, with hands-on litigation management and courtroom experience.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
