An e-commerce company operating shopping and delivery services in Taiwan, including next-day delivery and international delivery from Korea, the U.S., and other markets.
What you will do
- Manage civil and criminal litigation involving intellectual property rights, consumer protection, and labor disputes.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and handle court-related litigation matters.
- Lead internal investigations into fraud, corruption, sexual harassment, workplace bullying, and trade secret misappropriation.
- Review and draft complex commercial contracts to mitigate legal risks and support business initiatives.
- Improve investigation protocols and advise senior management on dispute prevention and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of litigation experience.
- 4+ years of experience at a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of court and prosecutor’s office procedures.
- Hands-on experience managing litigation matters and appearing in court.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
