What you will do

• Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives to drive business growth and organizational transformation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and solve complex cross-functional problems.
• Manage end-to-end projects from planning and stakeholder management to execution tracking.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor key initiatives to ensure measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support roles.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
