What you will do
- Develop and maintain automated tests for distributed platform capabilities and features.
- Build test frameworks and infrastructure to validate functionality across different environments.
- Create API and UI automation using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Ginkgo, or similar tools.
- Apply Behavior-Driven Development principles and write clear, maintainable test scenarios.
- Test cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineers to integrate testing early and improve quality practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or software development with an automation focus.
- Experience writing automated tests for APIs and/or UI applications.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar programming language.
- Comfort working with Linux-based operating systems, cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of testing methodologies, BDD, troubleshooting, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Robot Framework, Ginkgo, Pytest, Cucumber, or similar test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD.
