Graduate Trading Applications Specialist

Location: London, Montreal, New York, Houston, or Hong Kong

Salary: Minimum base salary of $100,000 per year when located in New York; discretionary bonuses and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Monitor and support critical trading applications across the full trade lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with traders, quants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Define and improve operational processes for business-critical systems.
• Lead the onboarding of new trading services and take ownership of production support.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Working knowledge of Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of Linux and general database technologies.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a global team.
• Curiosity, continuous-learning mindset, and motivation to solve new problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar environment through work experience or personal projects.
• Knowledge of financial instruments.
• Experience programming frontend applications.
