Machine Learning Scientist (Financial Scoring)

What you will do

• Build machine learning and deep learning models using financial data and other modalities, including text.
• Analyze evolving datasets and validate model performance on messy real-world data.
• Design scalable pipelines and services using software engineering best practices.
• Implement end-to-end solutions covering architecture, business logic, and deployment.
• Integrate ML models into production systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive rigorous testing practices for high-quality and reliable ML model releases.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry or postdoctoral experience.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Deep understanding of machine learning models, algorithms, probability, and statistics.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with messy real-world data.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with NumPy, pandas, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, plus excellent communication skills.
