What you will do

• Develop growth strategies and business plans with the founders.
• Build sales and business functions that leverage existing technology.
• Own revenue, sales performance, budgets, and measurable targets.
• Improve teams, processes, offerings, and the business risk framework.
• Provide direction to technology, product management, and marketing roadmaps.
• Build, coach, and manage an agile counseling and sales team.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of professional experience.
• Graduation or post-graduation from a leading institution.
• Broad leadership perspective spanning strategy and operations.
• Proven execution capability and strong results orientation.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• High standards of integrity, humility, and ethics.
