Lead Technical Product Manager (Rail Integrations)

Location: Remote worldwide, or hybrid/onsite in Berlin, Germany; relocation assistance is available for Berlin.

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for partner and rail integrations.
• Drive automation, reduce time-to-live, and build scalable integration infrastructure.
• Own prioritization and deliver features that grow inventory and revenue.
• Manage high-stakes carrier partnerships and engage C-level stakeholders.
• Improve how integrations are scoped, delivered, and measured.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including 3 years focused on technical or API products.
• Experience owning the full lifecycle of integration products and delivering B2B integrations with external partners or enterprise clients.
• Deep technical fluency with APIs, data schemas, integration edge cases, and implementation details.
• Fluent communication with executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Structured, delivery-oriented approach to ambiguous scopes and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Ground transportation data standards such as GTFS or NeTEx.
• Experience in travel tech, mobility, or logistics.
• Experience leading or coaching technical PMs or analysts.
• Exposure to high-load, high-availability platforms.
