Front-end Developer

Location: Remote from anywhere in Brazil or worldwide

What you will do

• Write clean, maintainable code following best software development practices.
• Create the best user experience for Globo's digital products collaborating closely with UX specialists.
• Work as a committed team player aligned with team goals and distributed teams.
• Continuously grow technically and professionally.
• Participate in geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• Skills in algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and architecture patterns.
• Experience developing scalable applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Redux, and vanilla JS.
• Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
• Experience writing tests.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of backend languages like Python, Golang, Java, Ruby, Elixir, Scala, Clojure, C/C++, C#.
• Interest in full stack development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
