What you will do

• Build targeting models for the direct mail channel.
• Develop risk models using credit bureau data and customer performance data.
• Create pricing and product relevance models.
• Build models that automate back-office document processing and other tasks.
• Maintain production models and build infrastructure for iterative model updates.
• Monitor data distribution shifts, adjust models, contribute to strategy, and participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience taking product models from idea through delivery.
• Experience leading large, technically complex projects with many moving parts.
• Extensive experience working with disparate systems.
• Experience with production-grade compilers, operating systems, or large distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently in new environments and learn detailed underlying systems and processes.
• Collaborative approach to software architecture, product strategy, and user research.
