What you will do

• Work directly with the founding team on the company’s highest-priority opportunities.
• Lead development of the founding talent brand strategy.
• Manage onboarding for new hirify.global-1 consortium members.
• Build relationships with strategic partners.
• Develop co-marketing materials with high-profile customers.
• Execute cross-cutting initiatives in an evolving, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–5 years of work experience.
• Experience may include management consulting, finance, law, frontier labs, or top engineering firms.
• Direct, detail-oriented, ambitious, and highly reliable working style.
• Proactive approach to feedback, initiative, and execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco or relocate there with provided support.
