What you will do

• Build and ship AI-native products designed around model capabilities in reasoning, voice, search, workflows, video, and personalization.
• Develop products used by real customers, from initial prototypes through scaling and iteration.
• Make product decisions based on user behavior, incomplete information, and product-market signals.
• Work across the full product experience, including engineering, user experience, and interaction quality.
• Collaborate directly with the founders in a high-ownership environment focused on speed, clarity, and execution.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals and the ability to build complete product experiences.
• Experience building and shipping products with real users.
• Deep interest in AI models and tools, including hands-on experimentation and an understanding of model strengths and limitations.
• Strong product instinct: understand user behavior, choose what to build, and optimize for user experience.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, learn quickly, iterate, and take high ownership.
• Graduation in 2023 or later is listed as a strong-fit signal.

Nice to have

• A live product, side project, prototype, or shipped experience demonstrating ownership and product thinking.
• Experience with product-market fit, scaling, experimentation, and go-to-market decisions.
