Full Stack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from problem definition and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and responsive customer-facing interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to turn business requirements into production-ready software.
• Design reliable, maintainable systems that scale with product and user growth.
• Improve performance, observability, operational excellence, and production issue resolution across the stack.
• Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards, tooling, and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems.
• Backend experience with Java, Kotlin, Node, Go, or Python and modern backend frameworks.
• Frontend experience with React, Next, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of API design, distributed systems, databases, caching, asynchronous processing, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, monitoring, RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and unit, integration, and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Experience building consumer-facing products at scale or working in high-growth startups and product companies.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-powered products and workflows.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and distributed systems.
• Ownership of business-critical features or product initiatives.
