Senior Lead Java React Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Noida, India; onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of scalable, high-performance Java microservices and backend applications using Spring Boot.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Design REST APIs, event-driven solutions, and system integrations using Kafka, relational databases, SQL, and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
• Drive cloud-native and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, including strong expertise in Java 8+, Enterprise Java technologies, and modern development practices.
• Experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL optimization, Hibernate or other ORM frameworks, and automated unit and integration testing.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, application lifecycle management, Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms; AWS is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and observability skills, with familiarity with workflow scheduling tools such as Apache Airflow and basic front-end technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, research, multitasking, time management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business needs, explain technical solutions in business-friendly language, work with internal and external customers, adapt, accept feedback, and pursue continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in large-scale production environments.
• Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, large-scale distributed systems, performance engineering, and high-throughput transaction processing.
