3D-IC Methodology Architect (Semiconductor/EDA): Developing design and verification methodologies, heterogeneous integration flows, and EMAG, thermal, and package flows for multi-die systems with an accent on methodology standards, EDA tool integration, and wafer-to-wafer and die-to-wafer applications. Focus on leading technical teams, defining methodology work items, collaborating with EDA vendors and cross-functional partners, and mentoring engineers in software and automation development.

What you will do
- Develop 3D-IC design and verification methodologies for heterogeneous integration and multi-die systems.
- Lead technical methodology teams and drive standards across the organization, vendors, and design partners.
- Define EMAG, thermal, package, wafer-to-wafer, and die-to-wafer design flows.
- Develop methodology flows and training for internal design teams and customers.
- Partner with EDA vendors, internal PDK teams, design teams, product line management, and marketing.
- Mentor junior engineers developing software and automation features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years of relevant industry experience, including more than 10 years in design or design enablement of IPs.
- Expertise in methodology design and model verification for RF, AMS, silicon photonics, and packaging design.
- Expert knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools and analog, RF, AMS, and digital design flows.
- Proficient knowledge of the Unix environment and familiarity with version control, configuration management, and regression processes.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills are also required.

- Electrical Engineering degree.
- Java coding experience or coursework and interest in generative AI.
- Project management, planning, organizational, and innovation skills.
