What you will do
- Develop compliance processes aligned with MASAK, SPK, and other regulatory authorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Manage legal processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze legal and commercial risks and provide practical solutions.
- Revise company policies and procedures to strengthen compliance and ethical standards.
- Provide legal support for product development, compliance, customer relations, and related business areas.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience at a brokerage or investment firm.
- Knowledge of SPK regulations and compliance processes.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, capital markets, and personal data protection law.
- Advanced contract negotiation and drafting experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
