Generative AI Developer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize production-grade applications using internal and private LLM platforms.
• Create, test, evaluate, version, and maintain prompts using few-shot prompting, prompt chaining, and RAG.
• Build full-stack GenAI applications, including backend services, REST APIs, and web-based user interfaces.
• Integrate LLM capabilities with enterprise systems, applications, and business workflows.
• Analyze, validate, transform, and structure data for GenAI use cases and AI pipelines.
• Document system behavior and design decisions while aligning solutions with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience building GenAI or LLM-based applications.
• 1–3 years of hands-on prompt engineering experience.
• 2–3 years of data analysis or business analysis experience.
• Ability to code in at least one modern programming language and build end-to-end applications.
• Experience with internal or private LLM platforms, RAG architectures, vector search, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong written English skills are required for prompt design and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Blue Prism RPA experience.
• Experience with enterprise web applications and regulated environments.
• Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps concepts.
• Knowledge of document-heavy domains such as contracts, agreements, and reports.
