What you will do
- Own the end-to-end management of paid social channels, including campaign creation, optimization, and budget management.
- Develop and execute SEM, Meta, and affiliate campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Align digital marketing strategies with broader marketing objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor paid social industry trends and regulations and adapt campaigns proactively.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience working with paid social channels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
