What you will do

• Set the global Partner Engineering strategy and architecture standards for cloud marketplaces, consumption incentives, and AI/data collaborations.
• Lead co-innovation with Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks, industry ISVs, and global systems integrators.
• Own reference architectures, connector strategy, AI/data interoperability, workload optimization patterns, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Lead and scale a global team of Partner Solution Architects covering joint solution architecture, partner-led PoCs and demos, deployment acceleration, and technical readiness.
• Build a Partner Architecture Centre of Excellence with repeatable delivery patterns, architectural guardrails, and performance metrics.
• Drive marketplace-ready solutions, GSI delivery motions, co-sell acceleration, partner adoption, and ecosystem consumption ARR.

Requirements

• Executive experience building partner engineering teams within enterprise software ecosystems.
• Deep technical fluency in data platforms, AI/ML, analytics, cloud integration, connectors, workflow systems, and marketplace consumption architectures.
• Experience launching production-hardened joint solutions with hyperscalers and GSIs with measurable revenue and deployment outcomes.
• Extensive experience leading partner engineering, sales engineering, or ecosystem technical functions in large-scale enterprise software or SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated success with multi-cloud partner consumption ARR, joint solution launches, co-sell acceleration, and technical adoption KPIs.
• Willingness to travel globally by more than 40%.
