Backend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement core backend and platform capabilities for the hirify.global Developer Platform.
• Support partner and third-party integrations through standardized APIs and SDK interfaces.
• Implement OAuth authorization, access control, and multi-tenant architecture.
• Build developer onboarding workflows and drive cross-system solutions with product, device, and AI service teams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, debugging, and code review.
• Lead improvements to platform stability, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of backend engineering experience focused on platform or API development.
• Hands-on production experience with OAuth 2.0, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience designing and shipping developer-facing APIs or SDKs.
• Ability to work independently in complex, multi-system environments with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across teams.
