Regional Sales Trainer

Location: Jakarta or Bandung, Indonesia; willingness to travel to other cities is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in the financing or retail industry.
• Experience with training delivery, module development, needs assessment, and post-training evaluation or measurement.
• Self-starter who can work reliably with minimal supervision.
• Based in Jakarta or Bandung and willing to travel to different cities.

What you will do

• Ensure the Sales Promotion team understands its responsibilities, products, processes, and updates.
• Manage and deliver mandatory and ad hoc training programs covering soft skills, technical skills, products, processes, and leadership.
• Work with Sales Promotion teams to identify training needs and contextualize learning content.
• Visit sales teams in the field and conduct individual coaching sessions with sales promoters.
• Travel to different cities to understand business and team needs and take appropriate action.
• Adapt existing training materials, create new materials, collaborate with Field Trainers, and maintain training documentation and administrative records.
