What you will do
- Manage stakeholders across customers, project teams, and product teams during configuration.
- Lead clinical process and requirements workshops with hospital stakeholders, including software demonstrations.
- Apply best-practice standards across existing modules.
- Align clinical target processes with customers and define go-live and rollout scopes.
- Identify product adjustment needs and coordinate scalable improvements with the Product team.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in hospitals or extensive consulting experience in hospital transformation or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and complex clinical and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, workshop moderation, presentation, and conflict-management skills.
- Fluency in German and English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience with hospital digitalization projects and hospital information systems.
- Experience translating clinical requirements into workflows, use cases, and structured requirements.
