What you will do
- Identify high-potential creators across YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Evaluate creators based on niche, engagement, audience quality, and growth potential.
- Build and maintain a creator pipeline and database.
- Reach out to shortlisted creators and support onboarding.
- Track trends and identify rising creators before they become mainstream.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of social media and creator ecosystems.
- Strong research skills and good judgment of content quality.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, tools, and data.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and strong interest in internet culture.

- Experience running social media pages.
- Experience editing content or working with creators.
