What you will do

• Support customer projects implementing the software in hospital environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Document and manage projects throughout their lifecycle, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Help improve internal processes and tooling for efficient project execution.
• Visualize and present key performance metrics and outcomes to customers.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Medical, Informatics, or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, self-organized, and structured working style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
