AI Software Engineer

What you will do

• Optimize machine learning models with pruning, quantization, and distillation for edge devices and high-traffic cloud environments.
• Wrap models in high-performance APIs and integrate them into the broader software ecosystem.
• Build and maintain machine learning inference frameworks that support large-scale experimentation.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists to refactor research code into maintainable, production-grade software.
• Improve production latency, reliability, scalability, and data integrity through hardware-aware optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent university experience, with deep expertise in ML-specific systems and distributed computing.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate, and CI/CD for machine learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
