Salary: $126,000–$163,000 USD base compensation per year, plus a potential discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Provide clinical safety assurance services across hirify.global products.
• Adapt and maintain the Clinical Safety Management Framework and related plans.
• Act as an escalation point for clinical safety issues and create safety reports.
• Perform clinical safety assessments and investigate clinical risks to support patient safety.
• Advise customers and internal teams on clinical safety, risk assessment, and lessons learned from field experience.
• Deliver clinical safety training and maintain regional, project, and clinical safety documentation.

Requirements

• Clinical qualification as a doctor, senior nurse, pharmacist, or allied health professional, together with professional registration.
• 5–10 years of clinical experience, including experience in a secondary care setting.
• Strong understanding of inpatient and outpatient clinical workflows, including emergency, maternity, and operating theatre settings.
• Experience in clinical governance and successful clinical risk management activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, influencing, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and critically evaluating and verifying AI-generated outputs.

Nice to have

• EMR/HIS experience as a health information technology user or implementation specialist.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials or coaching.
• Multilingual capability, depending on location.
