What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy for the citizen developer community of practice.
• Build relationships with community members and represent their feedback, ideas, and challenges to relevant teams and leadership.
• Organize in-person and virtual community events focused on knowledge sharing and program engagement.
• Coach citizen developers on automation and process transformation initiatives using the “Rethink, Optimize, Automate with AI” approach.
• Create communication plans, manage online community platforms, moderate discussions, and produce engagement content.
• Monitor community health metrics and use data to evaluate and improve engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in community management, technical advocacy, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of automation and AI technologies, including RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and GenAI concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, communication, event management, organizational, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience creating and managing strategic communication plans and campaigns for community events, programs, and digital initiatives.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and management.
• English and Filipino are the communication languages.

Nice to have

• Tech advocacy, evangelization, or developer relations experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
