Toxicology Consultant

Location: Remote, U.S. only

Compensation: $200–$400 per hour

What you will do

• Share practical expertise on nonclinical toxicology workflows, including study reports, CRO data packages, and IND module content.
• Generate or review reference artifacts such as IND-ready study reports, SEND datasets, repeat-dose toxicology summaries, and safety pharmacology write-ups.
• Identify realistic variance, inconsistency, and data corruption in nonclinical study data for testing AI tools.
• Design or review evaluation tasks for AI performance on toxicology activities.
• Score and critique AI-generated toxicology outputs for scientific accuracy and IND-readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in nonclinical toxicology or direct involvement in 10+ IND-enabling toxicology programs.
• Deep experience synthesizing raw CRO study data into FDA-ready IND submissions.
• Hands-on familiarity with repeat-dose toxicology, safety pharmacology, genotoxicity, toxicokinetics, and related GLP studies.
• Comfort working with AI tools to evaluate and improve outputs.
• PhD preferred but not required; practical IND experience is prioritized.
• The engagement is expected to require approximately 15–20 hours per week and is designed to fit around existing commitments.
