IT Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Operate the local office infrastructure and support critical IT systems across the US and EMEA.
• Maintain networks, video conferencing, Linux servers, desktops, and help desk services.
• Own Active Directory and DNS infrastructure, including migration of critical components to Microsoft Azure.
• Improve O365 security and roll out MFA and SSO for EMEA users.
• Operate Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and lead the EMEA IP phone infrastructure rollout.
• Deploy DLP and EDR endpoint clients, maintain Linux production infrastructure, and manage server backups and restores.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, O365, Proofpoint or Armorblox, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Voice, Fortinet SSLVPN, Beyond Identity, and Microsoft SCCM.
• Windows and Linux system administration, networking troubleshooting, scripting, coding, and automation skills with Python, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with the NIST cybersecurity framework and experience with GitLab.
• Project management experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, ITIL v4 certification, and Microsoft O365 and Azure certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

• German language proficiency, spoken and written.
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-region IT environments.
