What you will do

• Own the architecture, configuration, standardization, and lifecycle of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Lead rollouts, change initiatives, training sessions, webinars, and champion community activities to drive M365 adoption.
• Define M365 standards and policies, implement lifecycle and access controls, and support data security and compliance.
• Provide third-level expertise for M365 collaboration services and support incident, problem, and change management.
• Advise stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams and external partners on digital workplace and M&A initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, or consulting, preferably in enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, security, Entra ID, and identity management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a structured IT environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proactive, service-oriented approach with strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous learning.
