TL;DR
Product Engineer (TypeScript/React): Building internal software tools for robot fleet management, site logistics, maintenance, manufacturing, and construction operations with an accent on end-to-end product ownership and typed production code. Focus on prototyping solutions with operators, deploying backend services, debugging complex system failures, and integrating software with robotics workflows.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite five days a week

What you will do
- Understand operational problems, prototype solutions, deploy them, and iterate with internal users.
- Design and build tools for managing a growing fleet of robots across multiple construction sites.
- Extend Fenestra, an internal tool for viewing and editing data from multiple sources.
- Bring prototypes from operations and manufacturing into production while improving data models and code quality.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, control engineers, and robot operators on complex product experiences.
- Build and maintain typed TypeScript and React applications, backend services, and supporting infrastructure; debug crashes and memory leaks.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-featured web applications with idiomatic TypeScript.
- Experience building products from zero to one independently or in a small team, demonstrated through a project, application, or portfolio.
- Strong UI and UX design judgment, ownership, and the ability to drive projects from start to finish.
- Ability to use coding agents productively while retaining full ownership of delivered features.
- Ability to learn new languages and tools quickly, plus basic familiarity with Linux systems and SSH-based debugging.
- Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam five days per week.
