Fullstack AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Develop enterprise-focused reference applications and sample code to showcase the software stack.
• Build and enable end-to-end systems including RAG, agentic workflows, and RL inference engines.
• Validate performance, reliability, and usability of RNGD deployments through real-world scenario testing.
• Collaborate with the global developer community via GitHub and open-source channels.
• Support live application demos and technical resources for developers.

Requirements

• BS in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack development of AI services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Must be able to work from the Seoul office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience operating AI products under high traffic and running A/B tests.
• Background in open-source AI projects, specifically RAG, agentic systems, or multimodal pipelines.
