Affiliate Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Build and manage the affiliate program, including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting affiliate partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and clients globally.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate relationships for consistent performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Design and implement campaigns with affiliate partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Development on affiliate needs, integrations, and execution.
• Track affiliate marketing trends, emerging technologies, and key players in the crypto and blockchain space.

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
