Senior Security Specialist

Location: Brno, Czech Republic; onsite role

What you will do

• Support corporate security and asset protection programs across the assigned sub-region.
• Assist with travel risk management and Duty of Care processes for business travellers.
• Maintain site-specific incident management procedures and participate in emergency response and crisis management teams.
• Conduct security risk analyses, on-site assessments, threat analysis, and internal investigations.
• Coordinate outsourced suppliers, guarding contracts, security integrators, and facility management partners.
• Administer local access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate security or a related field.
• English required; B2 or higher proficiency expected.
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and handling security-related incidents.
• Familiarity with risk intelligence, travel risk, emergency mass notification tools, and physical security systems.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, prepare reports and presentations, and travel within the region at short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with security system design and installation methodology.
• Experience working with third-party security system integrators, manned guarding, and facility management partners.
