What you will do
- Analyze customer behavior across the customer lifecycle.
- Identify growth opportunities related to repeat purchases, retention, churn, and reactivation.
- Analyze and support improvements in customer lifetime value.
- Turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with Retention, CRM, Product, Customer Experience, and Data teams.
Requirements
- Business analysis experience focused on customer behavior and lifecycle data.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Understanding of retention, churn, reactivation, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
- Based in Herzliya, Israel.
