Learning Design Lead

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable learning programs and content for in-class, blended, long-form, and microlearning formats.
• Create and maintain a content design framework aligned with organizational objectives, competencies, culture, and quality standards.
• Lead learning needs analysis with subject matter experts, department heads, and business leaders to identify skill gaps and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, instructional designers, learning technology specialists, and subject matter experts.
• Embed assessments, certification mechanisms, and quality measurement into learning interventions.
• Measure program impact through knowledge retention, learner feedback, and business performance indicators, using data to improve learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Professional certification in learning design, learning experience, or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning content design.
• Proficiency with MS Office, digital design tools such as Canva, and collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Experience with training delivery and facilitation is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Real estate experience.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Knowledge of AI-based learning tools such as ChatGPT or Jasper AI.
