Learning Delivery Lead (Real Estate)

Location: On-site in New Cairo City, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

What you will do

• Lead and actively deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs aligned with organizational objectives and learner outcomes.
• Create a scalable learning-delivery framework integrated with the curriculum and training roadmap.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to internal, external, freelance, and outsourced facilitators.
• Collaborate with Learning Design and other stakeholders to make content facilitation-ready and adapt delivery methods for specific audiences.
• Coordinate facilitator schedules, capacity, and resource allocation, while supporting strategic planning and budgeting.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, behavior-change metrics, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; professional certification in training delivery or facilitation is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in training or facilitation.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Canva or similar digital design tools, and virtual facilitation platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
• Experience with feedback and evaluation tools such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkey.
• Knowledge of gamification techniques and interactive facilitation tools such as Kahoot or Mentimeter.
• Real estate experience and training or content-design experience are highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI-based learning tools such as ChatGPT or Jasper AI.
• Exposure to LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or Cornerstone.
