Machine Learning Manager (Robotics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with partial remote availability. A relocation package is available for candidates willing to move to Warsaw.

Salary: PLN 42,000–48,000 gross per month under an employment contract, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead research and development for autonomous robotic object manipulation using suction cups, finger grippers, and other advanced tools.
• Build and develop an engineering organization during its early stages.
• Deploy and continuously improve machine learning systems in production.
• Measure the impact of ML systems using data-driven methods.
• Develop interfaces and APIs integrating machine learning algorithms with robots and warehouse management systems.
• Combine research and engineering to solve practical robotics problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with production-grade deep learning systems.
• Technical leadership experience and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Python or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication in an English-speaking environment.
