TL;DR
Software Engineer Intern (Golang/TypeScript/Python): Building and maintaining backend and frontend services for a fintech payment platform with an accent on scalable code, automated testing, and performance optimization. Focus on developing new features, debugging and scaling platform services, and leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
Location: Remote from Peru
Salary: 800 USD gross per month

What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend services.
- Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement features and resolve bugs.
- Improve performance, debug services, and help scale the platform.
- Document software functionality and contribute to the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Experience with Golang, Python, or another backend language.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript and React or a similar framework.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Required experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
