What you will do

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular management reports.
• Track financial performance against operational goals and benchmarks in collaboration with operational teams.
• Help streamline financial processes and improve efficiency across departments.
• Support senior analysts and managers with strategic financial planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
• Previous finance or accounting experience, including an internship, and mandatory English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
