Enterprise Integration Architect (API/Messaging/Cloud Integration): Defining enterprise integration strategies and governing a global EAI service across APIs, messaging, event streaming, SAP integrations, cloud integration, and iPaaS with an accent on architecture standards, governance, and modernization. Focus on leading architecture assessments, driving AI-assisted engineering and automation, converting PoCs into reusable assets, and guiding globally distributed architecture teams.
Location: Taguig City, Philippines; the work model emphasizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Define and evolve enterprise integration strategies, architecture principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps.
- Provide architectural leadership across APIs, messaging, event streaming, SAP integration, MFT/B2B, cloud-native integration, and iPaaS.
- Establish architecture review frameworks, approval processes, compliance controls, reusable patterns, and decision-making standards.
- Lead architecture assessments, solution reviews, technical consulting engagements, and strategic modernization initiatives.
- Drive innovation through AI-assisted engineering, governance automation, and proofs of concept that become reusable assets.
- Lead and mentor globally distributed architects, consultants, and technical specialists while managing service metrics, risks, capacity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise integration architecture experience with leadership responsibilities.
- 10+ years leading integration architecture teams, governance functions, or Centers of Excellence.
- Deep knowledge of API management, messaging, event streaming, iPaaS, MFT/B2B, SAP integration, and cloud integration.
- Experience with API-led, event-driven, cloud-native, messaging, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, decision-making, security, observability, resilience, DevSecOps, and service management skills.
- Experience leading global or multi-region service delivery organizations and managing portfolios, finances, capacity, and risk.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP PO, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, Apigee, Azure API Management, or SAP API Management.
- Experience with Solace PubSub+, Confluent Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Boomi, Axway MFT, Axway B2Bi, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Apollo GraphQL.
- TOGAF, cloud architect, SAP integration, Boomi, Apigee, Confluent Kafka, ITIL Managing Professional, or SAFe Agilist certification.
