What you will do

• Deliver technical training on payment processing products, processes, and technologies to internal and external audiences.
• Adapt learning experiences to customer needs and different audience requirements.
• Evaluate training quality and business outcomes using feedback, then identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain training content in line with system development, regulatory mandates, and payment brand compliance requirements.
• Build expertise across multiple products, systems, technologies, and their dependencies.
• Share knowledge, deliver cross-training, and contribute to new learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering training and explaining technical or subject-matter content to diverse audiences.
• Experience across the training lifecycle, including analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of payments, products, or technology, with the ability to understand connections between systems and functions.
• Customer-first approach with strong relationship-building, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through moderately complex challenges and make effective decisions within established practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Nice to have

• Relevant training certification.
• Proficiency in a second language.
