What you will do
- Deliver technical training on payment processing products, processes, and technologies to internal and external audiences.
- Tailor learning experiences to different customer and audience needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, use feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep training content aligned with system development, regulatory mandates, and payment brand compliance requirements.
- Build expertise across products, systems, and functional dependencies while providing presentations, demonstrations, and practical guidance.
- Share knowledge, deliver cross-training, and contribute to new learning initiatives and training design.
Requirements
- Relevant experience delivering training and explaining technical or subject-matter content to diverse audiences.
- Experience across the training life cycle, including analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of payments, products, or technology, with the ability to understand connections between products, systems, and functions.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess information, handle moderately complex challenges, and make effective decisions within established practices.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth; proficiency in a second language is considered beneficial.
