What you will do
- Lead training needs assessments and competency development processes for salaried employees.
- Translate business priorities into annual training plans, development strategies, and learning programs.
- Design, implement, monitor, and improve learning and development initiatives using different learning approaches.
- Measure program effectiveness and impact through relevant KPIs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, people managers, functional leaders, employees, and internal and external learning providers.
- Coordinate job profiles, job manuals, onboarding documentation, training records, and audit evidence.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with training needs assessment, competency development, training planning, learning program design, project management, and training evaluation.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining training documentation in line with management system standards such as ISO 9, 14, or 45.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, relationship-building, and continuous improvement skills.
