What you will do
- Generate and send customer invoices and accurately record incoming payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify overdue accounts, and follow up on collections.
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and account activity.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances during month-end closing.
- Prepare collection and account-status reports and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
