Application Specialist (PAS)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; regular travel to customer sites may require spending up to 5 days away from home each week

What you will do

• Analyze customer processes, identify functionality gaps, and present proposed TrakCare solutions.
• Lead customer induction workshops and advise healthcare organizations on adopting standard hirify.global solutions.
• Document business requirements, process maps, solution designs, validation scripts, and handover materials.
• Configure customer sites, validate system configuration and migrated data, troubleshoot implementation issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Prepare training materials, train customer trainers, conduct demonstrations and workshops, and provide on-site go-live support.
• Complete support handover and collaborate with hirify.global departments to resolve remaining issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience with a strong understanding of PAS processes in the UK.
• Deep knowledge of PAS rules, billing workflows, and requirements in private and public UK hospitals.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills, including experience working directly with customers and clinicians.
• Experience delivering customer training, workshops, or presentations and writing functional documentation.
• Experience with business process mapping, information systems, software testing, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Availability to visit customer sites and travel regularly, potentially spending up to 5 days away from home per week.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing software solutions or working as an Application or Configuration Specialist.
• Experience with change management and customer-facing IT services.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders in public-sector or private healthcare organizations.
• University degree in Science, Engineering, or a clinical discipline.
• Proficiency in English and good general computer skills.
