What you will do
- Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial budgets and forecasts.
- Develop financial models to support business strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Identify risks and opportunities affecting company financials while coaching junior FP&A team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a small team and work accurately under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
