Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
• Own Capex and Cashflow planning, including model development, assumption reviews, and consolidated management outputs.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis, actionable insights, and financial recommendations.
• Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities and support decision-making.
• Lead period-end variance analysis, investigate P&L discrepancies, and prepare board and management reports.
• Implement and develop the OneStream planning tool while improving FP&A processes, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Qualified CIMA, ACA, or ACCA accountant with 3+ years of post-qualified finance experience in an international, dynamic, and growing organization.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, forecasting, planning, and cashflow forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work from Zagreb, Croatia, in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial planning tools.
• Experience supporting or guiding senior specialists and analysts.
