What you will do

• Manage payroll for multiple clients independently using internal HRnet software.
• Calculate wages and various income types while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, process, and control all necessary documentation for client payroll.
• Monitor local labor legislation and provide reporting to clients.
• Create legal forms and files for accounting purposes.
• Collaborate with the development team to suggest improvements for the HRnet platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in payroll.
• Fluent in local language (Croatian/Slovenian) required.
• Strong knowledge of Slovenian labor law and legal regulations.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness with digital tools.
• Client-oriented mindset focused on achieving business success.
