Team-Based Financial Advisor

Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States; hybrid with 3–5 days in the office

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year, including a base revenue package and commission-based upside potential.

What you will do

• Work with Lead Advisors to receive mentorship, coaching, training, and support.
• Meet prospective clients and build long-term relationships based on shared values and goals.
• Educate clients about investments, insurance, retirement, and generosity-related financial decisions.
• Build a personal network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses.
• Develop the skills and practices needed to build a book of business and progress toward a traditional Financial Advisor role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of a background check, fingerprinting, and applicable securities registration or insurance licensing verification.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high-quality work during frequent interruptions.
• Strong computer aptitude and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

• Experience in financial services.
