Corporate Controller (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead quarterly and annual closing and consolidation processes.
• Oversee annual solo reports, tax reports, financial statements, 10-Q and 10-K filings, and press releases.
• Manage accounting policies, compliance procedures, and internal controls across global and domestic subsidiaries in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across accounting and reporting processes.
• Manage and develop the corporate and reporting team through prioritization, coaching, and deliverable reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in corporate accounting.
• Experience managing a controlling or reporting team.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA qualification, with Big Four accounting firm experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of tax and US GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal English required.
