HR Business Partner (HR): Partnering with Go-To-Market and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into people initiatives with an accent on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. Focus on organizational change, succession decisions, data-driven HR insights, and advising managers across a fast-moving international environment.
Location: Vienna, Austria; home-office possibilities and a relocation package are available.
Salary: Minimum EUR 56,000 gross annually under the Austrian collective agreement, with potential for a higher salary based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into impactful people initiatives.
- Drive the full HR cycle for Go-To-Market and Marketing teams, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- Lead and support organizational development and change initiatives.
- Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions.
- Advise managers on leadership and team-related topics.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.
- Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international, and scaling environments.
- Business acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and work independently with high ownership.
- Fluent English required; German is a plus.
